Founded in 1954, McNay Art Museum was the first modern art museum in the state of Texas. The museum resides in a former home, designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style. Sitting on 23 acres, the grounds are landscaped with fountains, lawns and a Japanese style garden. The impressive trees and sun-dappled grounds are an ideal location for San Antonio engagement photography!
