Few things give you a better sense of the beauty of Chicago than the Lakefront Trail, 18 miles of paved pathway that stretch along the blue waters of Lake Michigan surrounded by green parks and recreational paths. Its size and variety give you plenty of elements to play with and make it a perfect spot for your engagement shoot. Along the entire path, you’ll be treated to amazing views of Chicago either from the north or the south, dotted by downtown’s skyscrapers and the Ferris wheel on Navy Pier.

There are also many attractions along the path that make fantastic areas to shoot, including the beautifully landscaped Lincoln Park Zoo, nautical Belmont Harbor, and colorful Navy Pier.
