Though the woodlands with evergreen pine trees are great throughout the year, Massasoit Park is best visited during autumn. The scarlet cranberry bogs contrasting with the pine trees make for some magnificent photographs that are guaranteed to stand out!
The ponds and lakes in the park are also great spots – especially at dusk when the painted sky overhead and the forests in the background come together to make a romantic setting. Just make sure to save the best for last because the park shuts down after sunset!
