McDaniel Farm Park in Duluth, GA

Just a short drive away from Atlanta is the McDaniel Farm Park, a 134-acre recreation area set on an old cotton farm and filled with historic structures that makes a perfect location for your engagement shoot. For the couple looking for a rustic or country feel, this is a great spot with many different backdrops that will add texture and character to your session.

The park includes the McDaniel farmhouse itself, which has been restored to resemble a typical 1930s farm, a barn, a carriage house, and even a blacksmith. The farm house’s white siding and red brick chimney contrasted with the wood fencing and yellow flowers makes a wonderful composition to shoot in front of. The trails of the park meander through gorgeous Georgia scenery with even more details like wooden gates, rustic fences, and bridges that will delight you as you discover them.
