Being a bride is a priceless experience. There is no denying the fact that even though the wedding is between two people, the bride grabs most of the attention. It’s just the way it is! The day is centered around her dress, her veil, her bouquet, her hair... it’s like the world stops for a moment and revolves just around the bride. Bridal portraits are a great way to commemorate this day and capture it in a pretty frame forever. These are the pictures that you will look back on for years to come. When you sit with your future kids and grandkids and take a trip down memory lane, ensure that you make that memory worth its while.
Morgan’s wedding portraits were scheduled at a location that was almost as breathtaking as she was! Hermann Park is a picturesque 445-acre urban park in Houston, Texas, and is home to various cultural institutions including the Houston Zoo, Miller Outdoor Theatre, the Houston Museum of Natural Science, and the Hermann Park Golf Course. Be it a pool area or a nook for a cozy picnic, this place is equipped for everything and more! Bridal portraits can also be taken in cooler temperatures, just choose an indoor space that speaks to you.
Morgan looked stunning in her white bridal dress which came with a beautiful twirly skirt and a lace-detailed sweetheart neckline. Her tulle veil was floaty and translucent and gave her an ethereal glow. Morgan's makeup was classic and minimal and her tear-drop earrings added to her romantic look. Her low chignon was settled in the nape of her neck and soft ringlets framed her face, enhancing her timeless elegance. The bouquet was a balanced symphony of cream, dusty pink and burgundy and a sprinkling of green foliage, a hint of edge and whimsy to her traditionally perfect attire.
Morgan’s look was classically romantic and fit the scenery wonderfully. And speaking of the scenery, it was nothing short of art! The cascading water body trickled in a slow and therapeutic flow, which was not only mesmerizing to watch but made soothing ambient sounds, too. It was a breathtaking sight that truly never gets old, just the way the pictures taken with this backdrop will be forever beautiful.
The water structure is surely the star of the venue, but the location does have a lot more to offer! The cozy garden benches and greenery in the background made each of Morgan’s portraits pop. The zoomed-in shots of the bouquet and the quirky looney tunes details on the champagne-colored silk scarf gave a personal peek into Morgan’s relationship. It is the little details, after all, which makes a bride stand out from the crowd. The right bridal portrait session aims to do just exactly that!
