The day was a lovely winter day in Milwaukee, with snow peppering the background. The chosen photo locations for the day were nothing short of a beautiful landscape. Our photographer took the time to understand what Leah and Austin wanted for their engagement photo session and took photos that the couple wanted to see of themselves. Our photographer for engagement sessions met them right before the outdoor photo session. 

Nestled on the western shore of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a city that seamlessly blends industrial charm with a vibrant cultural scene, making it a hidden gem for those seeking a unique urban experience. For the day, the couple’s engagement photo session outfit was simple and beautiful! They chose to wear casual outfits but something that fit the weather and the background of their photos perfectly. For the day, Leah chose a beautiful white dress and layered it with a tan coat. Her makeup for the day was natural and gave her a radiant glow. Her hairstyle for the day was naturally swept. Her footwear for the day was a pair of classy white boots. To match his fiance’s outfit, Austin had a white sweater and a pair of blue jeans for his outfit. To finish off his engagement photo shoot day look he chose dark brown shoes. These two looked like two peas in the same pod. We loved the outfits, the matching color palette, and their enthusiasm to start the day of the photo shoot. These two had decided on a photo shoot location in the city which had the same aesthetic as the River Walk but was quieter and homely. Our photographer was happy with the choice of their photo location and was excited to get started. Choosing a spot, these two started with a location that helped them capture the beautiful landscape. 

In the heart of Milwaukee, amidst the crisp winter air, Leah and Austin found themselves wrapped in laughter and each other's warmth. Against the canvas of a snow-peppered shrub, they posed for natural photos that captured the essence of their love story. Starting with their wedding venue, Leah and Austin shared that they had decided to tie the knot in Gesu Church and have their reception party at Factory on Barclay. And to make their beautiful wedding day just right, they had also booked their wedding florist and the caterer for the wedding. Our lovely couple also told our engagement photographer that they could not wait for their wedding date. To make the most of the day, our photographer looked around and knew that the narrow paved walk through the shrubs would be the best spot for the next leg of the photo session. Our photographer helped them by directing a few photos to give them charmingly impressive photos. When we looked at these photos we knew that these could be the perfect photos to have framed on the wall or used in photo displays at the wedding.
