Lauren’s exquisite bridal session in Houston has us feeling inspired. If you’re not familiar with bridal sessions, you’re going to be obsessed with them now! Think of it like an engagement session... for the bride only. Bridal sessions allow you to relish in the fierceness of your bridal look and take a moment for yourself, without the added stress and pressures of the big day.

Lauren’s Houston bridal portraits were taken at her wedding venue, The Bell Tower on 34th. This allowed her more dedicated time to capture those moments around the venue. It also gave her a chance to drink in the setting of her wedding just before her June wedding. 

The style for Lauren’s bridal session matched her bridal style: grand and elegant. Lauren wore a gorgeous white lace gown and achieved a sublime balance between tradition and modernity. Her dress was sculpted with a traditional silhouette – fitted bodice and full skirt—yet the design of her lace overlay was simple, modern, and daring. It was topped off with an embellished belt, for that elegant touch of bling.

Lauren topped of look with equally immaculate bridal accessories. Her understated teardrop earrings sparkled, accentuating the glimmer in her eyes (and on her embellished belt). She paired her bridal look with a full bouquet of white roses, reminding us that you don’t need color for your bouquet to pop.

The neutral tones of the venue plus ample greenery complimented the classic feel of her session. We love the variety of outdoor and indoor portraits her wedding photographer was able to take, also! The full-length and varied portrait styles capture Lauren’s bridal beauty and the venue’s unique characteristics.
