Jenny and Matthew had their DC engagement session at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC. The session was bold and impressive with lots of natural lighting and surrounding greenery that added a soft, romantic ambiance. It was perfect inspiration for anyone about a Lincoln Memorial engagement session!

Jenny wore a royal blue dress that was glamorous. We felt that it was a great choice because the solid color stood out against the impressive monuments but was minimal enough not to compete. It was the perfect compliment to such a magnanimous background!

They switched things up by adding a country element to their modern Lincoln Memorial photos. By changing into cowboy boots, Matthew and Jenny brought about some country flair. Matthew even brought out his guitar to serenade Jenny! They took their DC engagement photographer along the structures and near the fountain steps, where they had many sweet moments as captured.
