Angela & Christian’s whimsical wedding was filled with romance, unique details and traditional Mexican elements. The loving duo have captured our hearts (and imaginations!) with their enchanting and magical wedding day! From start to finish, every detail was perfectly placed -- follow along to see how this Austin wedding day unfolds.
Angela wore a vintage Eve of Milady fully beaded gown for her wedding ceremony -- which she found while thrift shopping with her mother! The gown was a perfect find, and even had the original pricetag still attached! The bride embodied elegance with her amazing floral shoes, smoky eye and beaded vintage gown - which made her emerald 1930’s engagement ring pop all the more.
Christian’s burgundy bowtie and suspenders adds a charming touch the couple’s wedding-day style. We love the look on this groom as he gets ready to marry his bride!
The couple chose not to see each other before the ceremony, but that doesn't mean they weren't able to spend a few moments together before saying their "I do's"! The two were guided to each other, where they exchanged handwritten letters. The two even exclaimed "you wrote what I wrote!" after reading their notes -- so sweet!
The couple chose to take their wedding day portraits during the golden hour, roughly an hour before the sun has set. This time of day is perfect for those dreamy portraits filled with the magical glowing light -- a favorite for wedding photography. We love this image of Angela and Christian standing in the country field with the sun setting behind them — a must have wedding photo!
As Angela was able to purchase her wedding ceremony gown from a thrift store, she was able to find a second gown to wear for their wedding day portraits and reception! Her second dress, a stone colored Martina Liana gown, was adorned with custom made delicate lace sleeves, paired with a cathedral length veil and an enchanting flower crown.
The couple held their wedding ceremony and reception at The Terrace Club in Austin. Between the deep emerald and burgundy color scheme, and the 24K edible gold leaf geode cake, made by Cakes Rock in Austin, the details of this one-of-a-kind wedding are simply draw jopping.
A sparkler sendoff is the perfect ending to such an enchanting evening! Are you wanting more from this beatiful couple? Don't forget to check out Angela & Christian's engagement session -- complete with their sweet proposal story as well!
