From meaningful mementos to unique backdrops, we love this Austin couple’s candid and romantic engagement session. Angela and Christian nailed their shoot with the perfect wardrobes, props and locations – and a love story to match. The pair met as young teens and clicked instantly! He called her the night they met and told her that he would marry her one day. And here they are, 10 years later! It’s easy to see the long-standing love they have for one another in each and every photo.

We love the look put together by these two for their engagement session. Angela chose a flowing blush maxi dress, which is perfectly paired with a stunning flower crown in various shades of pink. We can't help but love this look! 

Christian nailed the proposal, a moment so perfect it was almost as if it came out of a storybook – Harry Potter to be exact. He got down on one knee and presented Angela with a locket in the shape of a snitch, which opened to read, “Will you marry me”. Talk about the perfect engagement prop to include in their themed engagement shoot! (Did we mention it was wrapped in the last page of the last Harry Potter book?)

The couple mixed it up a bit by jumping from a whimsical and romantic scene to a playful and urban backdrop in Austin — all the while, keeping it natural and lighthearted.
